We are open today from 12 noon to 6 PM for splashes, glasses and bottles.

Big favorites thus far this weekend include our 2016 Cabernet Franc Rose – “Cab Franc de Blanc” – as well as our 2015 Albariño and our 2015 Zweigelt.

Join us also at 12:30 PM for the fourth part of our Memorial Day Weekend grilling series: East Carolina BBQ Chicken and Pork.

This approach is unlike the red, sticky and sweet marinades and finishing sauces that are common in the western Carolinas, Texas and elsewhere. It is instead highly-seasoned vinegars that you used not only to marinade but also to repeatedly dip the meat into while it is slow cooking over charcoal or wood. Divine, pretty much sums it up.
